Postive Pay

Help Protect Your Business from Fraud with Franklin Bank. Fraud prevention is critical for your business. Our Positive Pay services help safeguard your accounts by ensuring only authorized checks are processed. With easy-to-use tools, you stay in control.

How It Works:  Positve Pay compares the payee’s name, check number, and dollar amount of checks presented for payment against the check details you previously uploaded. As checks are processed they are matched against the Positive Pay system.
 
If the check matches the uploaded date, it is paid. If it does not match then it is flagged and you can decide whether to pay or return the exception item. Alerts can be set up so that you never miss an opportunity to review checks being presented for payment.
